Byteline provides you with a Knack Trigger that allows you to trigger a flow on a create or update of knack records.

Knack makes it super easy to build online databases without a need to put your coding skills into action. It is simple yet powerful and backed by world-class support.

In this documentation, we have explained the configuration of the Knack trigger.

Let’s get started.

Step 1: Hover the cursor over the Knack Trigger node icon to display the options. Once displayed, click on the edit button to configure the node.

Step 2: Sign in to your Knack account using the credentials and select the Object using the drop-down

Step 3: Select the date/time field to figure out the change records.

Note: The trigger will be based on this field. So the users are required to fill in the date/time carefully after going through the instructions.

Step 4: Select your Knack account Timezone using the drop-down.

Note: The Timezone must exactly match your knack app settings.

Step 5: Select whether you want to go with daylight saving time or not.

Note: The Timezone must exactly match your knack app settings.

Step 6: Click in the check box to get all the table records from the knack.

Note: Users can click on the Advanced option and check the Run a separate flow for each record. By default, all the records are sent as a list to one flow. Enabling this option will start a separate flow for each record.

Step 7: Hit the Save button to save the settings.

You have successfully configured the Knack Trigger node.
